Trashion Show Sneak Peak

This year RockIt Events paired with Big Mountain Kitchen and linen to make an entry for Birch and Lace's 2nd annual Trashion show to celebrate Earth Day. Here is a sneak peak of our entry this year, can you guess which part of our outfit it is, or what was used?

The Trashion Show is fundraiser where household waste and recyclables are inspiration for fashion. The event aims to raise awareness of household waste and encourages participants to be mindful when it comes to items entering our landfills. Proceeds from the event will be benefit the North Columbia Environmental Society and WaterAid Canada. This years event is being held at Revelstoke Mountain Resort, Saturday April 22nd.

The idea behind this outfit was not only waste reduction, but was made to showcase the kinds of items Big Mountain Kitchen can help replace in your home, to make it more eco-friendly. We reached out to or customer base for donations and were lucky enough to have our friends at Dose Coffee Shop and the lovely people at Twisted Berry come through with flying colors!!
